Shipping & Pickup Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that some items are made to order, which may extend processing time to 1–5 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We ship to the 48 continental United States with the following rates:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $8 for all orders under $40

  • Free Shipping: Orders $50 and above ship free

Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup in South Gate, CA 90280 for orders of $150 and above. The exact address will be provided once your order is ready, as we cannot accommodate unscheduled visits. Processing time for pickup orders is 1–5 business days depending on item availability. You will be notified when your order is ready and given a scheduled pickup time.

Shipping Outside Continental U.S.
If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, please contact us directly at sales@moderncandledesign.com for shipping options and rates.

Shipping During Warm Weather
Candles may soften or melt if left in hot environments. Please bring your package indoors promptly after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 5 days at sales@moderncandledesign.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
