Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We ship to the 48 continental United States with the following rates:

Flat Rate Shipping: $8 for all orders under $40
Free Shipping: Orders $50 and above ship free
Local Pickup: Free local pickup is available at checkout (see details below)

Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

Shipping During Warm Weather
Candles may soften or melt if left in hot environments. Please bring your package indoors promptly after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 5 days at sales@moderncandledesign.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
