Return and Exchange Policy

We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unused, complete with all original components, and in a condition fit for resale based on our inspection once the return is received. We reserve the right to approve or decline returns at our discretion.

Important: Our mailing address is for correspondence only and cannot be used for returning merchandise. All returns must be sent to the designated return address provided by us during the return process. Returns sent to any other address, including our general mailing address, may be rejected or delayed.All returns must be sent to the designated return address we provide. It is your responsibility to ship returns to the correct address.

Before initiating a return or exchange, we encourage you to contact us so we can assist you with eligibility and provide the proper return instructions. Please include a copy of your original invoice and clearly mark your order number on the outside of the return package. Returns lacking this information may not be processed.

Once your return is received, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process it. Shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please note that we are not obligated to return items or issue refunds for returns deemed ineligible.
